Creating your wedding welcome gift or event gift is easy! If you are having trouble deciding which of our welcome bag options to choose, then contact us and we’ll work with you to find the perfect option.

1. Decide between buying one of our varieties of pre-made bags or designing your own.

2. If you decide to design your own, contact us 5 to 6 weeks before your wedding with details about your ceremony, you as a couple and any things you know you want in your bag. We will then work with you to come up with a combination of snacks and treats for your custom bag.

3. Order either pre-made bags or your custom designed bags 4 weeks before delivery or pickup date. Orders have a required minimum of 20 bags.

4. Work with us to decide the colors for your tissue paper and sticker. For custom bags, also choose a bag (or other container) color and the design and type of sticker and welcome letter you would like.

5. Send us the text for your welcome letter 2 weeks before delivery or pickup date. For some custom designs, text may be needed earlier.

6. Pickup your bags from our office in Arlington or have them delivered right to the hotel. The delivery fee for up to two DC hotels or venues is $75. Fees may increase on a case by case basis for additional hotels or for locations outside of our delivery zone. See map below outlining where we deliver in DC.
